Hello, my name is: Teri |

This is a REPLICA of a 40 store display bust that was molded directly from an original vintage model. She exhibits a very Art Deco influence and could be from the 40s. At any rate, she is a fantastic display and exhibits unsurpassed quality. This very vogue lady displays both jewelry and hats superbly, in addition to accepting many wigs. The casting is highly detailed and has a style that successfully lends itself to both Art Deco and late 40s display schemes. The fully lobed ears are pierced and accept many earring types. The height is 15", the forehead circumference 20.5" and shoulder width 10.5". Apparel and stand are for display only, not for sale, and not included in the sale. Our
models are cast in the best USA manufactured resins available.
Each is cast, hand-finished, and hand-painted in our shop.
We have made changes over the years and each change was made to improve
our product..never to save money or time. The fantastic original vintage models were originally produced for the purpose of store displays and were never intended for public consumption. The originals show the marks of handwork and ours impart the same hand-made "flaws"......they are not perfect, each is totally hand-made and exhibits "old school" techniques. "There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper, and the people who consider price only are this man's lawful prey!" John Ruskin (1819-1900).
